- Why am I selling?
My partner & I recently started TwoSpaces.Net, a healthcare software company which is ready for it's next phase of growth. We're currently beta testing Breeze Medical System, and in preperation for it's official launch, would like to grow our development and support staff. Hopefully we'll use proceeds from the sale to bring one or two more people on board.

- Am I willing to work with Buyer's Agents?
Absolutely. All agents are welcome and will receive the standard 3% commission. If you don't have a buyer's agent, don't worry, just shoot me an email before you make an offer and we'll discuss how to incorproate that.

- The King County Property Description says the house is a 3 bd/1 bth with 1,690 sq. feet. Why is that?
When I purchased the house, it was listed at 2,995 sq. feet, which some of you may have seen originally mentioned on this site. After a reader pointed out the King County records for the house were different, I measured it myself and came up with 2932 sq. feet, which is very close to the number you get when adding up the sq. footage for all floors. It looks like a previous owner finished the downstairs but didn't get the records updated.

- Why has the Zillow Zestimate gone up so much since April?
This is actually feedback I sent to the guys & girls at Zillow. In mid-April I updated the facts of the home to accurately reflect the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and sq. footage. As soon as I did that, the Zestimate shot up which accounts for most of the increase over the last couple months. Since then, comporable homes have sold in the area at an average of $196/sq. foot which has also nudged the Zestimate upwards.

Ideally Zillow would put some kind of marker on the graph to indicate when the home's facts had been updated.
